I'm not sure what they can do at this point. There's still quite a few talents I don't hate as people (Most of them being girls), but the way the branch was handled starting from Lazulight's 1 year anniversary was genuinely frustrating. Beyond what felt like a noticeable shift in audience/content, some of the talents starting getting into more frequent drama, and not minor isolated incidents either. Sometimes it would spill over to affect other talents, which made the company extremely difficult to watch after a while as you became increasingly frustrated on why management isn't properly stepping in to reign in the yabs. And that's not getting into the heavy-handed favoritism either, like how Luxiem got a "half year" anniversary to overshadow Lazulight/NijiEN's 1 year anniversary.
2023 basically marked the point of no return with the initial cancellation of AR Colors, the Secret GC stream, and how they handled Zaion's termination. They started off so good with Lazulight's 3D debut and then they just dropped the ball hard. The Selen situation this year was basically an outlet to release all that pent up rage that was just building and festering for more than a year. I don't know what they can do to calm the situation, since they're essentially treated as public enemy no 1, and beyond ex talents leaving and going indie (and doing well for themselves), other smaller companies and talents are popping up and are offering calmer environments to watch, or are offering what people want.
