Nasfaq from the start was about doing reps and encouraging us to watch more holos, not just the EN, Susei, Korone, and the other popular ones but also watch the smaller and also hardworking ones. Consistent streams and still paying very low didn't really make any sense even before. There are also the really small and ignored holos who pays very low, making the users who has them as their oshi suffer or being punished for having a small numbered oshi, forcing them to buy Mori and now Suisei too.
I still think honk often forgets the main purpose or idea for nasfaq which is to encourage us to explore other holos, right now we don't even need to watch streams.
