Either he got unbanned (apparently they're "lenient" on your first ban) or he found a workaround.
But anyway, the colab is most definitely not working right now and disconnects near immediately so it's dead like the others when it was working like 12 hours ago. Either google expanded their filter, google spies found this colab or the theory that many concurrent users causes a colab to be sniped is real.
