They share a lot of the same viewers, so if only one Nova girl is on, they're doing something interesting, and no EN members are on they can occasionally get above 1k with no raids. Nagi has enough oilers to do this full time, and the same probably goes for Peke. I'm not exactly sure about Hotaru and Hestia though. Nagi benefits from the fact that she is able to stream for very long lengths of time which is a buff on Twitch.
