I honestly wasn't really thinking about kiara at all, but in hindsight I can see how a conversation might end up going in that direction. Sometimes choice of image matters even more then whatever is written in the text box on how things go, and it was basically a roll of the dice (protip: if someone is actually baiting about something, it needs to be more obviously indicated in the thumbnail and or first few lines of text, otherwise catalogue readers won't see it).
It may see like a strange thing to say now, but I think Kiara was actually rather socially awkward the first couple years, in spite of her apparent extrovertedness. She's gotten better over time though, with the benefit of experience. I don't watch her myself, but I can appreciate how her perspective and social grace has improved. She's in a good place now.
But none of this should distract you from the fact that Pekora bought a real live fucking monkey. A FUCKING MONKEY.
