There is no female equivalent to Chris Young, there is not a single female on earth who would take the time to make the Modernist Cuisine series. Men can scramble eggs in 2021, fantastic brilliant. But to say that women were ever able to do any better is lying to yourself. The culture shift front post world war 2 to modern era affected this and so did expectations of good cooking brought about by 3rd wave food, but Im gonna save that rant for a couple hours from now.
