>>68993610it's a dishonest company, they'll say they never claimed it was a total food replacement, but if you look up anything about them you get a flood of very organic articles telling you how it's the most nutritious and most sustainable food source and you should drink 3 a day to save the planet. meeting the nutritional standards for all legally recognized nutrients doesn't mean you can absorb it (they come in many forms and there's chemistry involved) or that there aren't other things in there you really don't want to eat every day. contrary to their marketing you will come up deficient and it won't be good for you long-term, same problem as taking supplements. that's not even mentioning stuff it's missing like fiber and silica that will shit on your quality of life.
it's not all their fault, the whole industry is dishonest which makes it very easy to sell garbage.
