>>64527911Wilsoneer I want through that for a little over 6 months straight so I can say either get a new job (lower pay is fine if there are fewer hours since it adds to more per hour and you can get a casual side job to make up the difference) or just start working less and if deadlines aren't met your company can fire you if they want but everyone will know it was because of the unreasonable deadlines.
It's really not worth doing the overtime if you're not being paid overtime. The amount of damage it does not just to your social life but also your health is absurd.
