That existed long before it had members though, and all of the "management" for Kson and Nazuna are just their former managers they brought over from their previous careers. Exactly the same type of deal as the rest of the girls. As far as I can see, "VShojoJP" exists really only for visiblity and marketing to their japanese audience in places like twitter, but as far as who's actually employed, no one actually has a different moniker or is considered to be a part of a different branch. It's never really been stated as such either. Most companies have branches for multiple langauges as well, usually one for nearly every major language/country that consumes the product. That's just part of marketing.
I brought it up originally because antis will often say "VShojoJP doesn't count" when talking about VShojo as a way to pretend that it's ok for them to like part of Vshojo like they're an entirely seperate entity, but Vshojo girls in general are seperate entities rather than a group. In the end though I just find the entire conversation stupid because it's corpo speak and sounds like anti autism and no one in vshojo actually refers to themselves or anyone else in the company that way.
