I'm basically trying to say that her real personality is simply the one that's on display most of the time during streams, the one that's just dorking out about her interests or casually talking about things, while the characters of Dizzy and Urara are both acts that she has to deliberately lean into.
That's why the core experiences of her current Dizzy streams, her old Urara streams, and even her anniversary space feel surprisingly consistent, despite her playing wildly different characters in them (or none at all in the latter); the characters aren't "on" by default anyway, so rather than getting Urara or Dizzy the majority of the time you simply get
