You'll want a set. Whetstone + honing rod. Honing rod is for giving a frazzled edge a quick do-over, whetstones with varying grits are for rejuvenating old steel into A+++ condition.
Does she have a nice cutting board yet? Cast iron? Could add that in. Small cast iron pens aren't expensive. May also wanna consider tea flowers (my brother's wife went coocoo banana over those) or a seasoning mix.

She was defacto running the show because the CEO and his investor(s) had mentally checked out long before their last generation (Tsundream) had debuted.
On the flipside they did however obstruct her with many executive decisions.
Dizzy made a rebranding stream whose outcomes were never implemented.
Depending on your reading she was either incompetent or all her good ideas were overruled.
You can also accept the interpretation that only her good ideas were nixxed.
What we do know is that she was a good EMOTIONAL support for the girls
