The point is, it doesn't matter who's responsible of the terrible management decisions, be it Jenma, J-Chad or Enma, the rrats will all be targeted to "Enma" because that's the easiest way to go with it. We don't know who pulls the actual strings behind the scenes so the term "ENma" ends up refering to "EN management" in general.
