Kiara has been disliked for a number of reasons from the very beginning.
Her design, high-pitched voice, the knockoff Pekora laugh, having a shit mic, forcing the Takamori ship, complaining about being the HoloEN with the lowest numbers, being annoying and loud during collabs, making comments that make her come off as narcissist, being openly friendly with vshojos on twitter, and now collabing with vshojos.
I'm sure I missed a few other things Kiara Antis have complained about, but these are some of the reason I hear repeated around here quite often.
