Ame isn't an applicable comparison for this specific shift in "change" that you're alluding to in your post. Like everyone, she goes through bouts of motivation. Case in point how recently she's streaming a ton and has had plenty of collabs in the past month.
Literally don't worry about it. IRyS will be fine and if that redesign/new outfit/3D ever comes she'll be feeling great again.
