If you get tired doesn't matter the time you would need some good sleep after doing your reps, so just gravitate your exercise session with the time you want to sleep. For example I exercise 4hrs before Kronii's usual time and when the times comes I chill with Kronii or go to sleep
But I will say that sometimes I'm pretty tired for her streams so I have to chug a coffee
