The drink they're showing is 16.5% ABV (Chamisul Fresh) or 13% ABV (flavored), so in a 1:1 mix is will be 6-8% ABV which is perfectly reasonable.
They might be fucked on the point of "characters appealing to the younger generation" or "70 percent or more drinking age audience" since they barely clear that with people who have accounts to buy merch (which would skew older since many teenagers don't have the money to buy merch)
