It's been pretty schizophrenic since it was in such short notice. So you have Rushia edited out of some pictures but not others, and then a big gap where her cutout should be on the Sankisei display, but then some booths still have some Rushia keychains for sale and the stupid wedding ring is still for sale in the online shop... and so on.

It's pretty creepy, but the un-personing itself is bog-standard for JP companies. What's confusing is that not a single Holo has spoken up about this sort of treatment. Which leaves you wondering what exactly Rushia did, that nobody wants to defend her.
