It was a free concert at anime expo, and that crowd is computer generated for the video.

You really don't know what you're talking about. The neither the songs she chose nor the dances she did were technically challenging. It's just a matter of working with the dance instructor/coach to mimic the movements and follow directions. Most of FantomeThief didn't even have original choreography, if any.
