You technically get reimbursed slightly since you can write off your games as business expenses for taxes but I think even the cleanest of corporations wouldn't reimburse you for every steam purchase you made.
You wanna know how bad of an idea that'd be? Hop on any MMO, gacha or game with lootboxes on steam and you'll be able to rack up thousands of dollars in purchases in literal seconds.
Even if you didn't reimburse stuff like that, buying 2 deluxe editions of a game from steam can easily cost you $300 or more.
