Alright, lets give it another go. There already was an attempt a bit over a month ago with a rather straightforward OP template, so I'm just going to reuse that one. It can still be changed later if needed.
Lets keep /tingles/ a general about EN asmr vtubers in general and not just discuss a single chuuba. This was never the intention of this general, and it is very clear that one single fanbase has outgrown the rest of the general.
The time has come for both sides to receive their own space.
