On the other side you have a community who isn't very interested in those kind of topics as the majority are people who prefer videogame related content, music content and other artistic content like drawing.
Vtubers themselves aren't just random people that will show up like once on a show and never appear on the screen again, they have are a sort of virtual entity that's always on social media as that's their only mean to contact with them, so going to a show like that would cause a lot of impact on their careers as vtubers, making it harder for them to accept.
In the case it actually worked I'm sure it would attract some of the worst dramafags out there.
A game show would be more interested, as the interaction between vtubers would be the main appeal rather than the drama.
