>>99203664It does seem like they’re hiring for certain roles and letting talents float projects around depending on who is good at what task, like having tokimane be a music guy and handle music talents, jelly with merch, etc. There’s a lot more mentions of the staff as a team helping the boys as a whole and enjoying their time, instead of “gorimane suffered long and hard to learn how to bring me this” like the early days. Axel will never let go of toramane being his best drinking buddy and banter bro, so perhaps he needs to be upskilled in some areas or pass elements of the shinyspicy management around to others.
