It's only 8 in the morning for Lumi. It's unlikely for her cousin to spend all day at the hospital with the kid unless the issue is super serious which I doubt it is considering Lumi's use of emojis in her tweet.
This begs the question: Why can't Lumi simply stream when she gets back from babysitting? There will still be plenty of time left in the day?
Honestly if Lumi doesn't end up streaming today I think we can safely assume that this tweet was a complete fabrication and an utter lie.
