As far as startup companies they're growing the fastest and making the most money, yet even then Yu has said they're currently in the red and mostly propped up by his own cash.
Phase Connect seems like it was poorly planned but they're actually doing alright on the EN side. Pippa is entirely reliant on /here/ shilling but Lia and Uruka are growing at a good pace and Tenma and Iori have really loyal fans. Especially Iori has some really dedicated paypigs and interacts with both her JP and EN fans quite a bit.
Tsunderia are probably the most likely to fall apart. They have some talented girls but they don't stream as frequently as other companies and their growth is totally stagnant. While Phase Connect might have some external yab that causes Pippa
or Lia to get fired I don't think they're hurting for money or exposure nearly as much as Tsunderia.
I'd like to shill Kawaii Pro as well, Nene Amano and Isla Coleman are both extremely talented streamers that wouldn't surprise me if they got poached by a larger company soon. Isla is also a great singer and does tons of unique content like video shorts. Charlotte and Reina are okay, I don't watch them much.
