Phoenix meat is not harvested, and eating it without the express permission of the Kaiserin is considered an act of treason, which is punishable by execution. However when consumed it tastes not dissimilar to chicken, with a somewhat peppery, citrusy, twinge to it. Incredibly tasty but you'd be lucky to ever eat it more than once in your life time.
