I'm really impressed with the level of polish and professionalism Advent seems to have across their gen. To the point where they are actually putting their senpai's to shame, despite Gens 1 and 2 having a 2-3 year head start on them. Some examples off the top of my head.

>Nerissa seems to have the right answer for everything, she's not a prude, doesn't hide her sex model, seems easy going and genuinely supportive of all her genmates.

>Literally all of them seem to be fans of Hololive or at least well versed in the culture, there's no Kronii not knowing Ahoy moment, hell Nerissa named more Holos in her first few streams than Kronii or Mori did in their first few months.

It seems like Gen 3 has nothing to learn from 1 and 2, if anything, Myth and Council should take a page from Advent's book. This is shaping up to be the golden gen of HoloEN.
TLDR: Myth and Council absolutely mogged.
