>>109623357Is she on stimulants for ADHD? It sounds like her dose might be too high, or like she might be taking something with bad pharmacokinetics. Many meds like Dexedrine (generic Adderall) will cause a massive spike and then drop off dramatically causing people to get on higher dosages to prevent a crash whereas prodrugs like Vyvanse will slowly be converted into amphetamine inside the body resulting a slower start time but much smoother curve (see pic). If she's not a prodrug then she should talk to her doctor about getting on one, what she's describing is a common problem with too high of a dosage.
