Even if we assume Vox had nothing to do with the events that drove Doki to attempts suicide, there is zero reason to believe that they're even remotely on good terms anymore.
Remember: they're on opposite sides of an incredibly vicious drama. Doki supporters/Niji haters actively despise Vox for being in the black screen stream, and Vox supporters/Niji defenders clearly want Doki fucking dead. If they'd made up behind the scenes, you'd think at least ONE of them would've gone out of their way to curb the harassment by doing or saying something to indicate that there isn't any bad blood between them (pic related).
