My browser doesn't count as a viewer no matter what, since I've got uBlock, uMatrix and some other privacy related stuff on. Google's Captcha even treats me like a robot, used to block me entirely from posting. The more niche a viewerbase is, the larger proportion of "non-viewers" it's going to include.
The more popular something is, the more ad-viewing plebs are going to be included.
