I'm not praising the ground of where their designs stand, but they aren't horrible either. Magni's design is busy, but it's a good sense of busy, not something that overwhelms you like a dA sonic recolour. Altare fits the design for what alotted trope he's supposed to beーan isekai hero protagonist type. Nothing too bland, but nothing off the rails of design that makes it hard to self insert like in games.
