basedbug is an incredibly talented editor, he's very good with motion graphics and his "Beatani Experience" video is what inspired me to attempt to make high-effort videos from the beginning
>>26956497>>26956670>>26956724In the last couple months I've started actually making an effort to grow the channel, mostly because I feel like I reached the capacity of people /here/ that want to watch youtube clip content and I wanted to branch out. so far I've been doing this by clipping larger indies/small corpos that I watch on occasion, and I've nearly doubled my subs in just a couple clips. the only true "big" corpos that I actually enjoy watching are Salen from nijiEN and Pikamee, so maybe I should make some shitpost or animation content for them?
I used to be afraid that any attempt to grow my audience would make my edits look disingenuous, like I was just editing for the numbers or clout rather than because I cared about the streamers, but people haven't seemed to think that, so I think as long as I stick to people I actually enjoy watching I can keep a clear conscious on it
