Yesterday I tracked something I paid for like 3 weeks ago (I forgot I didn't use DHL since it wasn't an option for some reason) and, low and behold, it was sitting there for 2 weeks, with literally no way of me knowing outside of me tracking the damn thing. Absolutely terrible.
