A official claim can and will send a writ of Copyright Infringement with all the account profits that accrued over it's existance to be made foreitured towards the corporate streamer themselves.
If above $10K in terms of profits then its Large Claims. Which can get very very messy for clippers abusing the easy money venue. They can't say "They make the content" because its not transformative in anyway without any vocal insertion over the original material from said corporate Vtuber.
