now to explain my point:
the corse design aspect of JK is consistency - you learn the jumps, you learn the falls, and consistently become better at overcoming the barriers the game sets in front of you despite the setbacks
but this place takes it away, which is doubly horrible because it also serves as the main punishment for area above
how does it take it away? the wind cycles during falls - they can either slightly help you out, but they can majorly fuck you by smacking you away from the usual landing edges over and over, leading to potentially full level losses and even getting bogged all the way down to the Keep from the very top of the Ruins, which is amongst the worst falls distance wise across all the game content
it takes away your agency in practicing and polishing your jumps, because falls that were acceptable before on risky jumps now become multi-STAGE punishments on a drop of a hat, based on a characteristic you cannot even observe out of the level

it was bad, but in the sense it was very, very trivial once you figured out the gimmick (just like Underburg is), but the area right above WAS A HARD CHECKPOINT SO YOU DIDN'T SUFFER FROM RNG BULLSHIT WHEN YOU MADE A MISTAKE THERE
YOU ONLY SUFFERED FROM WIND BULLSHIT ON WIND BULLSHIT LEVEL
FUCK THIS PLACE AND WHOEVER LEVEL DESIGNED THIS SECTION, THE AREA ABOVE IS FUCKING IMMACULATE IN COMPARISION AND ONLY DRIVES THE POINT HOW FUCKING TRASH THIS GREEN ASSHOLE IS
