Nobody is exactly sure why any of these are hot, the only reason people get so confused about feet in particular is because unlike, say, thighs, lots of people see feet as dirty/gross (usually because they don't take care of their own feet), so the notion that people would be attracted to them is more confusing than the notion people would be attracted to a body part more people feel neutral about.
