I wasnt in the stream, but from what I've read he was doing a fan letter reading stream and the fan letters meant for other people in his agency ended up being sent to him, and he opened and read them on stream without permission because he thought the letters wont be able to reach the people who the letters were for, so he wanted to convey the fans' feelings to them instead. Then many people got mad because they didnt want their letters being read on stream by someone the letter wasnt for. He then apologized a lot on twitter and privated the stream.
