The issue is fulfillment. We've heard from pretty much every EN member that they wanted to graduate before, and some got dangerously close to pulling the trigger. But things changed, and they pulled back. That's great for them, but for some others, things can never change. It's not like finally allowing Kiara to collab with whoever she wants. Some wants and needs just can never be fulfilled by management because it's in direct conflict to the very nature of how they want to run things.
