don't ask how i learned it. cover is developing new blockchain-based superchat system and the gist is, when you send a superchat it's converted into an nft via a smart contract and is transferred to your vtuber. if she/he replies to you, the response is also converted into nft and is transferred to your cover account. but most importantly, you'll be able to trade it on cover's exchange platform. this will supposedly increase the quality of superchats because good supas would earn more when traded. nfts will also be integrated into all new merch starting 2024 at which point you'll be able to redeem a virtual copy of your merch in metaverse for free.
