At this point they probably can't even make enough babies to save themselves and will need to rely on immigration. All we can do is pray that western weebs immigrate (to boost numbers immediately) and start making babies with the Japanese women (for long term growth) (dibs on IRyS), because if it turns into, say, Europe 2.0...kiss goodbye to everything good.
