The problem is entirely societal, men don't really have a social group to fall back on when they're lonely, women do because for the longest time it was basically the only thing they had since they had no job (and thus no economic freedom and by extension, no ability to leave a shitty situation if left in one).
But mentally? Female autists are still plagued by the brainworms, the anxiety, and the depression that so many male autists have.
