Timber would really depend on how many trees are still around. /uuu/ definitely won't sell them, let alone cutting them. The western part should still have many trees(unlike say 18-19 century Britain) but for applications like shipbuilding, they might not be the best/most suited kind. I'm not a naval expert but the type and characteristic of wood affect the ship's hull quite a lot so the demand would be highly specific and limited for ships and maybe furniture.
