>>56243605oh you're being serious and/or pedantic... what other genre would you call it? simulation? i guess in purist standards it would not be an isekai but the point of the plot is that they're all stuck in an alt universe with alternate characters and full worldbuilding that doesn't exist in their original world, which sounds pretty isekai to me. and i always saw .hack as an isekai subtype so maybe it depends on how autistic you are about nomenclature
