>>89146134So when I'm working with transparency in resolve there's three things I do to try and...keep it, if that makes sense
1. Double check the render settings, resolve has a million different render options but only image sequence png (with alpha) or picrel 1 are going to be effective. (If there's others please let me know I love to learn.
2. Double check to make sure that not only you have enabled alpha output, that you have also drawn the little line to connect the nodes, picrel 2
3. If all else fails, try and put your work in a mask, its okay if the entirety of the workspace is in a mask, I'm not sure why resolve needs this (?) but its worked for me, picrel 3
The other thing resolve HATES is when something is transparent, in a mask but goes off screen, with NOTHING on screen it breaks the transparency somehow (?) in the past I have had to put a 1x1 black pixel in the bottom corner to unfuck this while I wait for the object to come back into view of the camera.
If you want to make the cool thing you are making a transparent webm, I recommend shutterencoder, its a free program that is quite frankly magical (But confusing)
