Lemme teach you a bit about animation outsourcing.
1) Story/dialogues are written by a team of writer from the original country
2) Characters are also designed by the original country. There's zero input from China or Korea
3) Storyboards are also made in the original country
4) if 2D, key animations are drawn in the original country, the inbetweens are the one being outsourced. Backgrounds can be either outsourced or drawn locally.
5)For 3D, I'm not really sure. From quick research they can do full animation. But story and character designs are still coming from the original country.
So yeah, Miraculous Ladybug is pretty much created by someone with yellow fever. If you want to see a French comic that clearly made with a team of yellow fever people, read Tigress Blanche. Warning, the writer seems to love commies.
