While apples would certainly be the major fruit corp produced(for lore reasons), the climate of the republic should be able to support more kinds of fruits. referring to the lefthand-side map, the western lowlands should have an oceanic climate(light green), the east should be oceanic with mountain influence(light blue) and some green(oceanic w/ continental influence) in between.
