1. Hires fix uses different upscalers, which can be either be latent or not-latent but img2img uses "Just resize" and "Just resize (latent upscale)" so which upscaler is that and why does it need a sampling method specified unlike hires fix?
2. What is the resizing method on the Extras tab and why does it use 2 upscalers?
3. Which of all of these is the SD upscale that is mentioned frequently?
