Honestly children under 16 shouldn’t have access to the internet at all. It will only ruin their mental development, make them more susceptible to bullying, or put them in active danger of creeps and pedos. It’s a shame that parents nowadays will toss an iPad to their 2 year old instead of properly parenting them.
