As the tutorial started she was going too hard on the hand brake, rammed her car into everything, and had to replay part of the tutorial multiple times because she rammed too many things or got lost and took too long. Once she got past that section, she was on a police chase that lasted for almost 10 minutes and was personally responsible for dozens of civilian deaths and hundreds of thousands of $ in vehicle & property damage during it. She arrested one of the 2 criminals, then left him in the car as it exploded due to the extensive damage it was in from the car chase. She caught the other guy but had to replay it because her police car got blown the fuck up. SHe lost the car on the replay, but she made it fairly effectively the 3rd try.
