There is an "ideological" war between wigglymakers: the vaulters and the liberators.
Most vaulters are the nemucord originals, who hid their wigglys on secret discord vaults and use them via nitro. They use them as symbols of power and status.
The liberators are the /vt/ faction who try to set them free and set them to roam across /here/ chuubas.
If your chuuba has a secret discord wiggly only she probably contacted Nemu herself for it, if you see it in the wild it was most likely made by an anon... or so the rumors say
