Does it ever blow your mind just how much money Holos make off of merch? Mumei's limited merch set sold out in 4 minutes, and the pack was ~80 USD. Even assuming 50% for production costs and a 50/50 cut of net revenue, those limited packs alone likely made Mumei thousands. And that's not accounting for the unlimited packs or anyone who just purchased individual items, either. A big payday like this is clearly how Mumei can afford to produce a fully animated music video to go with her new original song.
